职位描述

1、对总装门线试制所产生的问题进行判断分析解决，使用ZEUS跟踪问题解决过程并及时汇报给管理层;

To analyze and solve the door line issues during tryout, use ZEUS to track issue solving process and report to management level;

2、配合项目统筹对新项目的总装试制生产计划进行规划,并根据生产计划规划模块件的到件时间;

To cooperate and make assembly production time plan with project leader, make JIS arriving time plan;

3、根据总装需求规划所需设备工装, 并依据项目计划与戴姆勒生产计划一起规划新项目特殊工具;

To be fully responsible to plan for the equipment planning for new project, and make planning for special tool with Daimler PP;

4、制定生产试装线内部质量监控流程,并不断根据实际装车出现的质量问题优化质量监控流程。

To make internal quality control process for tryout, and keep improvement during assembly.

任职要求

1、本科或以上学历，汽车或相关专业，3年或以上试装及项目管理工作经验;

Bachelor or above. Automobile engineering or related engineering background. 3 years or above tryout and project management working experience;

2、良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力，较强计划、解决问题和组织能力，良好协调和分析能力;

Team work spirit and good skill of communication, Strong planning, problem solving and organization skills, coordination ability, analysis ability;

3、良好英语语言能力，有德语能力优先;

Good in English, German preferred.
