职位描述
1.熟知薪酬福利政策和理念,了解同业薪资分配结构和水平
Familiar with pay welfare policy and concept, to know salary distribution
structure and level in the industry
2.负责薪酬调查分析,提供涉及薪酬的有关数据及必要的分析,满足各部门提出的工资咨询
Responsible for pay survey analysis, to provide involved pay of about data
and the necessary of analysis, to meet the sector proposed of wage advisory
3.维护工资、加班、津贴等信息,协助工资计算与发放,餐费充值、生日费、出差津贴等输入输出
To maintain wage, and overtime, and allowance, information, assist wage
calculation and issued, meal fee recharge, and birthday fee, and travel
allowance
4.开具工资收入证明,离职工资关系证明
To issue wage income proved, left wage relationship proved
5.负责企业年金计划相关工作
Responsible for enterprise annuity plans related work
6.制作各种薪酬报表
To make various pay reports
任职要求
1.人力资源、经济、管理类专业,大学本科以上学历
Major in human resources, economy and management, Bachelor degree or
above
2.3年以上薪酬福利管理工作经验
More than 3 years working experience in compensation and benefits
management
3.熟知人力资源管理知识,掌握行政管理、法律、财务基本知识等
Familiar with the knowledge of human resources management, master basic
knowledge of administration, law, finance and so on
4.熟练使用计算机与常用办公软件,英语熟练,具有很强的领导、人际、沟通、计划与组织能力
Familiar with computer and Office software, proficiency in English, have
strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, planning
5.具有人力资源管理、薪酬与福利管理方面的专业培训经历
Organizational skills with human resources management, compensation and
benefits management professional training experience
