职位描述

1. 负责喷漆项目的工作台、密封胶及注蜡线规划、预算、技术方案讨论评估、施工安装、产品质量放行、验收和转固。

Responsible for paint shop project workdeck,PVC and wax planning, project budget planning, project technical discussion and evaluation, installation, product quality release, buy off and assessment.

2. 负责新产品喷漆投产中工作台、密封胶及注蜡线的规划及实施协调

Responsible for new product project workdeck,PVC and wax planning and coordination

3. 负责现有喷漆线工作台、密封胶及注蜡线的技术优化

Responsible for paint shop workdeck,PVC and wax technology optimization

4. 编制新产品项目的相关工艺文件

Prepare process documents for new product project

5. 新产品喷漆项目正式投产前的技术准备工作及工艺协调工作

Technical preparation work and coordination for new product project

6. 参与制定企业工艺标准等工作

Participate in company process standard

7. 新技术、新工艺、新材料的推广应用

Extension and application of new technique, new process and new materials

任职要求

1. 教育水平：大学本科以上学历。

Education: Bachelor degree or above.

2. 专业：应用化学、机械设计及其自动化相关专业。

Major: Applied chemistry, machine design manufacture and automation speciality related.

3. 经验：有汽车制造业及涂装工艺的相关经验技能

Experience of automotive manufacturing and paint processes

4. 可以熟练地用英语交流。

Skilled communicate with English

5. 能力素质：良好的人际沟通、较强的逻辑思维能力。

Ability: Good interpersonal communication, strong logical thinking ability.

6. 可以在一定时期内承受较大的工作压力独立完成项目工作，工作主动性强。

Can withstand greater pressure to complete the project work independently in a given period, work initiative.
